New Patch Helps Stop Bleeds

FASTCLOT, a patent-pending medical product, was created with a hope to accelerate the clotting cascade process and stop the bleeding.
Bleeds are never good. Whether it is from a scratch or cut on the surface or a target joint bleed, if not resolved or stopped, these bleeds can do more harm than good.
Enter St. Teresa Medical, Inc. – a medical device company specializing in new clotting products, their newest called FASTCLOT.
The main idea behind this new product is that the carrier in all FASTCLOT products, including the proteins thrombin and fibrinogen, dissolves in seconds to minutes when in contact with fluid, effectively releasing the clot forming proteins at the bleeding site. As a result, the clotting cascade is accelerated, generating a quick and robust clot in both arterial and venous bleeding, preventing excess blood loss.
